Lustrous PR is a Hispanic, family, women-owned boutique communications firm focused on helping clients find their unique radiance in marketing, public relations, event management and production, graphic and web design, social media and printing services.
Selling the “Sizzle” with no action is not a part of our repertoire. Building authentic relationships, collaborative strategic plans and action-oriented results is our ultimate goal.
“Fluff Marketing” stops here and begins with illuminating ideas, goals and actions. We love what we do and it shows through every aspect of our work.
We are the only agency in San Antonio with award-winning experience in activating public space through place making and program event development. We assisted the City of San Antonio with the redevelopment of Travis Park, creating first-time city event concepts such as Opera in the Park, the SAY OM Yoga Festival, Dinner in Travis Park, and the 3rd Friday Concert Series to name a few.
Travis Park went from being a city eye-sore to the gem of downtown San Antonio in under two years. Travis Park won the Lone Star Legacy Park Award, IDA Downtown Achievement Award, Centro San Antonio’s 15th Annual Downtown “Best Wild Card” Award, San Antonio Magazine’s Reader’s Choice Best Park 2015 and Best Romantic Park.
Dani Espinoza is the owner of Lustrous Public Relations, a boutique public relations, marketing and events management firm. She strives to live in a world filled with vibrant colors, brilliant minds, collaborative projects and positive vibes.
Dani started her career developing unique events for a local San Antonio arts organization. After an unforgettable internship at the Royal Academy of Arts in London, England, she developed her skills in marketing and public relations. After working for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Alamo Colleges after college she received a unique opportunity to join forces with her mother in the family business doing – wait for it – public relations, marketing and events!
Collaborating with her mother, Ruth Medellin, in the family business opened the doors to working with companies like Red McCombs, Barrett Jaguar, the Fiesta Commission, Stratton Rehabilitation, the City of San Antonio, and more. As an entrepreneur she’s worn many hats from producing signature events for 20,000 people, creating strategic marketing plans for small businesses, designing marketing campaigns to working with start-up companies to launch their brand.
In the beginning of 2016 Dani’s amazing mother received an opportunity of a lifetime helping an international non-profit raise funds for children with disabilities. This left Dani with a strong business and a fresh start to re-brand the family business, formerly RMG Partners, into Lustrous Public Relations.
When she’s not drinking coffee and obsessing over making her client’s vision a reality, she’s chasing her golden-haired three year old and spending time with her amazing husband.
Dani earned her Master of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University in 2012 and Bachelor of Communication Arts from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2006.
